Our Story
Hillton Care Services is a local based home help for the elderly and infirm. My name is Jacqui Hill and I launched Hillton Care Services seven years ago after working in the care sector for many years.
I realised the “time” for your clients is for your upmost importance so we offer a bespoke service to the clients individual needs and our calls are a minimum of an hour. Our small team go above and beyond of what is expected. We will also endeavour to provide the same carer giving continuity of care, as we have know clients routines are extremely important. This allows us to build a rapport which gains trust and relationships.
We try to maximise our flexibility to meet clients varying and sometimes complex needs. We follow strict government hygiene rules as and when required and all of our staff give the best possible care, ensuring the care our wonderful clients receive is second to none.

Our services are designed to be totally flexible to help our clients live safely and comfortably in their own home. We can visit hourly, daily or weekly and offer a services to suit every need.
Our goal is to help promote safe, independent living. We will help build a bespoke care plan to meet your needs and ensure that you are the focus of everything.

Keeping on top of the cleaning is essential. We can help to keep things spotless!

Jackie Hill and her team provide an excellent service. They have been looking after my 91 year old Mum’s needs since an operation & dizziness altered her mobility & confidence, just a couple of hours every morning has made such a difference. A friendly chat, a friendly smile, practical help with the house, shopping etc. Day to day necessities. Huge kindness. The girls really give that extra mile and have become great friends with Mum too! And always alert me of any concerns. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
